Booking a consultation together, we will get a better idea of how to move forward - regarding frequency and duration for further sessions. Every step of the way be assured that you will be supported and given positive feedback, giving you time and helping to redress areas of your life that are not functioning to their fullest.

In between consultations, telephone and email support are also available to help keep you on track.

If you are not able to access the technology for a video call, it is possible to use a direct phone call, however sometimes it is necessary to ‘see’ direction (there are solutions so please enquire).

Consultations

  • Your Initial Consultation appointment is to discuss objectives and necessary history. (this is necessary for all new clients)

  • A programme curated individually will be confirmed at initial consultation. As a guide, approximately 4-6 sessions may be required, or longer programmes are available.

  • These appointments give you the opportunity to check in and update on progress, also bringing any new issues that may need specific work and are scheduled separately if required.

  • If you wish, before booking in for an Initial Consultation I offer a free 15 minute introductory call, so that we can introduce ourselves and confirm the suitability of working together.
